Taewon notifies the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to a user when he/she applies for membership. When he/she clicks the sign up button, it is deemed as that he/she gives consent to the personal information collection.

Taewon collects members’ personal information for the following purpose:
- For the identification process for allowing users of using the services of Taewon and/or its affiliated websites, and assignment of a member’ ID
- For execution of the services (Ex. To secure an accurate shipping destination for delivering gifts to event winners)
- For troubleshooting and provision of customized services

Provided, Taewon does not collective sensitive personal information of which the disclosure poses a risk of infringement of basic rights of a user.

Taewon collects personal information as the following to accept the membership application and service application, and to provide the online consultation service.
- List of personal information collected : Name, B.O.D, gender, member ID, password, phone number, address, cellular phone number, email address, social security number, service usage history, access log, cookie, IP information, payment record

Personal Information Collection via Cookies
Taewon uses Cookies that store and frequently retrieve your personal information. Cookies are small information packages that is sent from a website to a user’s computer browser (internet explorer and others). When a user visits the site, the web server of Taewon reads Cookies saved in the user’s browser and then, searches personal information of the user and provides services suitable to the user. Cookies identify your computer but do not identify you individually. Also, you have the right of choice regarding the usage of cookies.

Submission of Personal Information to the Third Party
Taewon uses your personal information only within the scope stated in the Purpose of Personal Information Collection. Also, Taewon does not disclose your personal information to the third parties, companies, or organizations. Provided, Taewon may provide or share your personal information with its business partner to provide a better service with your consent.

Browsing/Correction of Personal Information
You can browse or correct the registered personal information of yours at any time. If you are willing to browse or correct the registered personal information of yours, click <Personal Information Correction> to correct it on your own, or email a personal information management officer.
If you make a request of correction of the registered personal information of yours, the Company shall not use your personal information till completion of the correction.

Withdrawal of Consent on Collection, Usage, and Provision of Personal Information
You can withdraw your consent on collection, usage, and provision of personal information that has been given upon sign-up. Contact a personal information management officer so he/she could proceed the consent withdrawal procedure.
Periods of Retention and Utilization of Personal Information
The collected personal information shall be destroyed immediately upon accomplishment of its purpose..
-  In case of information collected from a membership application – when the member withdraws or gets expelled from the membership 
- In case of information collected from the appointment application – upon completion of appointment

Despite of the aforementioned restriction on the period of retention of personal information, the Company can request a member to extend the period of retention if necessary.
Technical Measures for Personal Information Protection  
Taewon takes the following technical measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, disclosure, alternation, and damage.
Your personal information is protected with a password, and important data is protected with additional protection measures including a file lock function and encodement.
Taewon has employed the hardcore authentication and protection measures including encodement algorithms, and when such measures cannot be taken due to system issues, Taewon checks your intention personally.  
In order to protect your personal information from hacking and intrusion, Taewon has adopted an intrusion detection system for each server to protect your personal information 24 hours a day.

Opinion Collection and Complaint Handling 
Taewon operates a window where a user can raise his/her opinion and/or complaint in regard to the protection of personal information. Feel free to express your opinion to a personal information management officer. Our personal information management officer will take a necessary measure in a short time upon receipt of your opinion.

Protection of Personal Information of Children Under Age 14
Taewon does not accept the membership application of children under age 14. Also, Taewon does not share or sell or lend the personal information of children under age 14 without consent of the parents.
